The driving force behind Pethen’s Technology Professional Services is Co-Founder and Vice-President Jeff Glandt. Jeff has been working in technology and product development for 28 years. He has first hand experience taking new technologies and transforming them into mature products. He has extensive experience and knowledge in design, testing, lifetime and reliability modeling, manufacturing, assembly, service, supply chain, change management, quality management systems, and adherence to codes and standards.

Jeff’s primary experience is with fuel cells and electrolyzers, but Jeff’s deep knowledge and experience in technology and product development can be utilized across a wide spectrum of technologies and products. At his core, Jeff is the ultimate problem solver, having an uncanny ability to balance depth of root cause and mitigation analysis with speed and efficiency, that is rarely found.

Jeff holds a B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering, a M.Eng. degree in Chemical Engineering, and is PMP certified (LinkedIn).
